Basement and Crawlspace Water Leak Repairs

 Using products from a world leader in waterproofing, we are able to repair water leaks in cracked concrete structures. We most commonly carry out basement leak repairs,  or crawlspace / foundation repairs, where water is leaking through the wall cracks or pipe openings.

  Cracks are repaired using a multi-step mortar system that uses crystalline technology, whereby water or moisture in the concrete reacts with the products causing crystals to grow and fill the pores within the concrete. These crystals will continue to grow or be reactivated in the presence of water

 This repair method has the benefit of being able to be carried out from the inside of the structure, meaning expensive excavation, removal and replacement of sidewalks/patios and landscaping is not required.
